DESCRIPTION / METHODOLOGY
The facilitator, after introducing the theme of change, gives each participant a list of possible actions to take, simple and clear.

In prepared material for the group, there will also be space to mark what each one can really do and how much it seemed difficult or funny.

Some example:

Each day choose a smell, an essence, a particular scent and find the way to get to accompany you for the rest of the day.

Brush your teeth with the other hand.

Eat a plate of spaghetti with her hands.

Invented the very original recipes, with special spices.

Once a week you dine in a restaurant (or prepared a plate) offers several recipes from the traditional ones (an ethnic restaurant, for example).

Listen to music very different from the usual (borrowed from friends or their children).

Changed from time to time the path to go to the workplace.

Once a week you make a change in your home or workplace.

Often change your seat at the table.

Express yourself by yourself singing

After a week, the issue is taken up in-group.
