|Description: A reflection exercise tries to find motivation and empowerment for those performing it. It consists on selecting a series of good memories (pictures, presents, newspaper cuttings, etc.) and then answer thoroughly to these questions:
What were you able to at that time?
Which were your characteristically strong points?
Which obstacles were you able to overcome?
Who helped and taught you?
Who did you help? How? Why?
Nowadays, which are your strengths?
How does it feel when you feel strong?
