| AIMS OF THE ACTIVITY |
| This sheet (used by a reflexive methodology) allows participants to deal with the emotions that are aroused and used within the different working environments. The ability to “represent” and “recognize” them – and the possibility to share them with other people working in similar contexts – can facilitate their development and their possible “extension”, if they are deemed useful or positive or their “disempowerment” if problematic or unmanageable. |
| DESCRIPTION / METHODOLOGY |
| The conductor after introducing to the group the elements of reflexive methodology, the sheet and its use, let the participants fill out individually at the end of the work asks participants to share (illustrate and explain the information presented to person nearby / or to the small group, which later will do the same). This action through mutual sharing, it will be possible to compare and process, the dynamics of emotions” in acting” of daily work in order to develop new strategies for the recognition and management of the same emotions. |
