TOOL 2.11 – SUPER PIPPO PEANUTS

AIMS OF THE ACTIVITY
This sheet, which completes the series of reflective sheets (with Excellences and Emotions) that should be used in sequence, addresses the issue of individual motivation in the workplace. The different questions promote participant awareness that support his/her acting at work by connecting them to excellence and critical episodes. At the same time investigate how it is constructed and “fed” this motivation, but also what are the demotivating situations that the person is constantly faced with; awareness and knowledge of these motivational factors can help the social workers to more adequately deal with difficult situations and to build resilience strategies. .
DESCRIPTION / METHODOLOGY
The facilitator, after administering the other two sheets, presents in the same working couples (see the game 2.11) the sheet and its use; lets participants fill out it individually; at the end of the work he/her asks participants to share it. Through this comparison it will be possible to highlight the different motivational types and methods that people use, to keep and strengthen them.
