5. What are the tasks of Peer Review coordinators in each country (specific languages)?
6. How can social educators and professionals participate in it?
7. What contributions are we expecting from peers in these debates, reflections, and
proposals?
8. Can all the participants have access to these conclusions?

1. What is a Peer Review?
It is an inquiry for the professionals which working on a daily basis with NEETS (individuals not in Education, Employment or Training)
Our intention with this method (peer to peer revision) is to reflect and assess the progress in the COM_WORK project`s working party has done so far
2. Why are we doing it in the Comwork project?
COM_WORK is an exchange of practices created to recognize and validate competencies of
the professionals working with NEETs. Besides, its main goal is to implement methodologies
to reach that recognition and validation of both formal and informal skills.
The COM_WORK project, following the parameters of the European Classification of Skills/Competences, Qualifications and Occupations (ESCO), has the intention to improve the intersectoral cooperation in order to build bridges for knowledge sharing between different institutions, being them formal, not formal or technological.
3. What are the outcomes we expect to have at the end of the activity?
These are the results obtained during the project:
● A theoretical framework about the NEET phenomena
● A comparative analysis, at a national and international level, of the NEET situation in
the partner countries (Spain, Portugal, Italy and Bulgaria)
● An establishment of the main strategic competences that these professionals and
educators, the ones working with the NEETs, have.
We need the collaboration of the professionals working with the NEETs in order to reach the
following outcomes (Being these professionals the ones that are more familiar with the
competences needed to handle, successfully a NEET situation):
● Useful information to design a Learning Unit for social workers and educators, taking
into account the strategic competences already used.
● A proposal to recognize and validate the competences of these professionals
● Open activities with young people and workers (Open Audit)
● A process to spread the actions used.
4. How does it work?
The cooperative project is carried out by professionals and institutions from the partner
countries. All of them participate in the first research through working parties, interviews and debates
Several times, In order to obtain data and views, we have consulted with operators and
expertises related with this field. And now, this is the time we need your experience.
5. What are the tasks of Peer Review coordinators in each country (specific languages)?
Each coordinator’s task has to make sure that the maximum number of operators and social
educators are working in and making more dynamic Open Audit in which all can participate.
6. How can social educators and professionals participate in it?
The access is completely free. In the project’s web page (http://neet.caixademitos.com/)
there is a tab (Peer Review) in which you can access the platform where you can login as
guest (login as a guest), where no identification is required.
7. What contributions are we expecting from peers in these debates, reflections, and proposals?
We hope that they can contribute with some useful information to help us design a Learning
Unit as close to reality as possible.
8. Can all the participants have access to these conclusions?
Yes, they can access to the website (www.comworkproject.org) where all the obtained data and main conclusions will be showed after managing all our information.
