Italy is currently facing important reforms, among which also the reorganization and institutionalization of Professional Profiles and the national system of certification of the competencies with D.L. n 13 , January 2013. Uniroma3 University, involved in this topics since many years, has identified at national level some partners – already acting in this area – whom to cooperate with to produce effective results on the long term. The engagement of Direzione Regionale Formazione, Ricerca e Innovazione, Scuola e Università, Diritto allo Studio della Regione Lazio guarantees sustainability and effective alignment with the institutional priorities. The participation of the Partner to this project without any budget, but with its own resources, stresses the level of interest in the project itself.
The involvement of a very active entity in the area of development and training for the socio-educational operators – Il Laboratorio (IT) – (an organization that gathers more than 40 trainers and social operators on the whole Italian territory, involving hundreds of operators every year) reinforce the adherence of the objective to the main target, making possible to respond to real needs and to produce methodological innovation. The introduction of the partnership of People srl (IT) allows to collect the experience consolidated not only in the planning of services based on a competencies approach (Bilan de competencies and counseling) but also on the area of the delivery of services dedicated to job and orientation, directly experienced with different addressee groups including jobless young people, university students, women.
At the international level the Partners have been chosen according to competencies and adequacy criteria. Some partners have developed some paths together and this proposal is a good chance to enlarge the network and reinforce relationships and exchanges. The Bulgarian Partner (Znanie Association) represents an Association that has been able to combine experiences in the area of development and training, in the service management for the young people and in the research and innovation field , cooperating with a lot of European organizations. The settlement on the national territory makes feasible for this partner to be an interlocutor for the institutions and to develop multilevel relationships, that are also for COM_WORK a target objective to achieve.
Valladolid University in Spain is innovative on the training area having developed a competencies approach also on the educational area. The Portuguese Partner CAIXA DE MITOS represents the trait d’ union among the different targets of final end user. This partner not only offers training and orientation, but it also works to sustain the young self-entrepreneurship, to increase ICT competencies, to project plan services that enhance empowerment. The Partners represent 4 countries that have different training system and different socio-educational services, but for all of them this sector is a cornerstone for sustainability, development and social growth
