Matching Skills and Jobs provides a series of indicators on skills and labour market mismatches. Skills related indicators allow you to gauge the extent of under-skilling, under-utilisation of skills or skills obsolescence among employees in the EU. Other indicators refer to labour market mismatches such as the long-term unemployment rate or number of young people not in employment, education or training.
The countries with the highest rate of NEETs in 2013 were:

2. Bulgaria (30.9%)
3. Hungary (30.3%)
4. Greece (30.0%)
5. Romania (26.9%)
